Rudy Giuliani Suspected of Orchestrating Cholera Attack on Haiti's President

As Abreu Report wrote this past March, the situation in Haiti has reached such a state of collapse that even the interim president, Jocelerme Privert, tasked with successfully organizing new elections after the last electoral catastrophe, had to travel by helicopter to a hospital in Santiago, a central city in the Dominican Republic, seeking treatment for cholera.

At-the-time, we wrote: "The current political turmoil comes over a decade after a Washington-backed coup destabilized the democratically-elected government of Jean-Bertrand Aristide. Since the fall of Mr. Aristide's government, Haiti has faced street battles between his supporters and United Nations troops conducting peacekeeping operations in the country."

Since then, the situation has further deteriorated, with more members of Haiti's ruling elite succumbing to cholera despite tremendous efforts to control the outbreak which has crippled the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere.

The mystery as to how cholera made its way to the upper echelons of the Haitian government has only recently begun to be unraveled,  with reports that Rudy Giuliani has been actively working to further the electoral chaos which threatens to unleash a refugee crisis of unparalleled proportions in Florida and the rest of the Caribbean.
Giuliani now controls Dominican discourse. Hoy

It is no surprise that Mr. Giuliani is busy destabilizing Haiti, considering that he was also linked to a cholera outbreak in a prison in the Dominican Republic, which shares the island of Hispaniola with Haiti.

In the Dominican Republic, Mr. Giuliani was hired by the Modern Revolutionary Party, a far-right party linked to the radical alliance knows as Movimiento Rebelde, to serve as security advisor.

His success in essentially creating a new party and turning it into the Dominican Republic's largest opposition party likely impressed observers in the United States, and just around the Dominican elections this past May, Mr. Giuliani was tapped by Donald Trump to join his campaign.

Mr. Trump may appoint Mr. Giuliani as his head of Homeland Security, in which case we likely will see mysterious diseases emerge from the past to strike anyone who opposes the nefarious neocon agenda. Dick Cheney's favorite weapon of fear and control was anthrax, and his friend Mr. Giuliani prefers cholera.

If Mr. Trump wins the election, we'll likely see cholera emerge in the United States as a significant threat, possibly helping justify further US involvement in a country where the people work as virtual slaves for American and Dominican conglomerates.

Maybe Mr. Giuliani made an offer to President Privert that he had to refuse, it's not exactly clear, but the message got across: new elections can only be organized if a supply of sweatshop laborers is maintained regardless of the outcome.
