According to a source, the Central Intelligence Agency is heavily involved in the trafficking of biological weapons, and there are plans to instigate the use of these genocidal tools.
There is currently a total breakdown in the international political order, and non-state actors are capable of executing plots that affect entire regions.
While the United States backs a rebel militia in Haiti hellbent on the invasion of its neighbor, it is at the same time providing the Dominican government with the means, and with a reason, to exterminate large segments of the Haitian population.
In the same way the US-backed Sunni rebels are fighting US-funded Shiite militias in Aleppo -- with the Iraqi Kata'ib Hezbollah using American Humvees to take on Syrians armed with American TOW missiles -- so will Dominican militias fight Haitian militants.
Buzzfeed reported that America Was Fighting a Proxy War with Itself, writing: "Infighting between American proxies is the latest setback for the Obama
administration’s Syria policy and lays bare its contradictions as
violence in the country gets worse."
We can only now hope that the situation on the island of Hispaniola does not degrade to the level which the world is witnessing in Aleppo, with mass starvation and brutal bombings forming part of the daily lunch menu.
